Bassett Research Institute’s Center for Clinical Research is proud to announce they have enrolled their first patient in the national VPT Patient Safety (VPS) trial. The study, funded by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), is a randomized controlled trial comparing the renal effects of Vancomycin combined with either Piperacillin/tazobactam or Meropenem.
